"Order was mostly right"
My order was mostly correct, but one of the items wasn’t what I ordered. Am I missing something, or did the wrong item just get packed by mistake?

"I was kind of in a rush..."
I was kind of in a rush when I opened these up, so I didn’t inspect every little detail at first. Overall, the quality seems decent for the price, but one piece had some rough edges that stood out. It’s still usable, I just thought it would be finished a bit cleaner.

"Easy to find the right pulls"
I was trying to track down some unusual cabinet pulls and was relieved to find them here without any hassle. It feels good supporting a place that makes it easy for people to fix and reuse what they already have instead of just replacing everything

I ordered a few cabinet parts from Hardware Hut and they actually showed up quicker than I thought they would. The box was in good shape too, no issues there. Wasn't like overnight or anything, but overall teh shipping was solid.

"Good prices and worth ordering from"
I ordered from Hardware Hut after checking a few other places first, I think it was sometime last month or maybe the month before, and their prices were better for the same items. The shipping cost was reasonable too, which makes a difference.
Everything showed up like it was supposed to and the quality seemed solid for what I paid. I’ve got no real complaints, and I’d probably order from them again next time I need hardware.

"Decent order, customer service was a little slow"
I ordered some cabinet hardware from hardwarehut.com and overall the stuff was totally fine when it arrived. Everything looked like what I expected, no real issues with the items themself.
The only thing that bugged me a bit was trying to get an update from customer service. I sent an email asking about the shipping status and it took a couple days before anyone got back to me. They did answer my question, so it wasn’t a big disaster, just slower than I hoped.
So yeah, not a bad experiance, but not the smoothest either. I’d probly order from them again if I didn’t need the parts right away.
